A RECORD entry and perfect weather made for a mightily successful Winter Fun meeting on Chouet Beach.
More than 50 drivers raced during the day, with the Pinchemain brothers of Dan and Nathan winning the chained pairs event.
They were one of only two pairings to start that race and from the start they showed clean wheeltracks to Nathan Baudains and Craig Addlesee.
The latter pair suffered when Addlesee tipped his car onto its side while still tied to Baudains, with the race being declared in favour of the Pinchemains.
