DARREN WARWICK claimed the two outright records for the annual Alderney Hill Climb and Sprint weekend.

Racing in the 1101 to 2000 racing cars class, Warwick registered 23.20sec. in the hill climb to beat Colin Le Maitre's previous outright record by 0.8sec., and the class record of 23.97.

His 15.89 in the sprint was also enough to beat Mike Dean's time of 16.03, and the previous class record of 16.56.

Warwick was quite surprised to claim both records because of the weather conditions.
