A DATE has already been set for next year's Sark Folk festival after a fantastic third year, organisers have said.
But chair of the organising committee Simon Harvey said there was no intention of increasing the capacity of the event.
The island's celebration of folk music will take place over 5, 6 and 7 July next year.
Mr Harvey said due to a lack of beds in Sark, there was no way organisers could increase capacity beyond this year's number of over 1,200 visitors.
'We've grown as much as we can - that number gives the event a nice atmosphere and a good feeling and that could be compromised if the festival gets too big,' he said.
