'No cause for concern'
PROBLEMS with the new Aurigny jet over the weekend were no more than teething troubles and are no cause for concern, the airline's chief executive has assured islanders.

The States-owned airline took delivery of the new £23m. 122-seater Embraer E195 last week, with the aircraft unveiled in a glittering ceremony on Wednesday.
It made its inaugural scheduled flight on Thursday.
But problems with the undercarriage on Sunday caused delays to the last three flights that day.
Aurigny chief executive Mark Darby said that a minor component had been changed and assured customers that there was no cause for concern as far as the reliability and safety of the aircraft was concerned.
