‘I did my damnedest to make sure my Garenne role worked’

Guernsey Financial Services Commission chairman Julian Winser has said he would have stepped down from his involvement with collapsed RG Falla and the Garenne Group if he had ever been concerned about any impact on his role in the island’s finance industry.
