It is organising a seminar, featuring leading experts in the market, to discuss opportunities for individuals and corporates investing in the country's property market.

Last year saw the UK residential property market deliver double-digit returns with London leading rental growth.

'Global investors have long since considered London as a safe haven and there doesn't appear to be anything to suggest that will change in the near future, despite the forthcoming general election,' said group partner Michael Morris.

'The experts believe that whatever the outcome of May's election, it won't have an impact.

'It is this stability that appeals to international investors. However, what investors, and those acting for them, are wanting to know is what they can do to maximise the opportunities, particularly with prime central London property.'

The opening event of the firm's spring seminar series will also hear from Adam Challis, head of research at JLL, and Naomi Heaton, chief executive and founder of London Central Portfolio.

'We are expecting a diverse audience including investors, trust and corporate service providers, family offices, entrepreneurs and lenders.

'As well as analysing the performance of the residential market, we will look at ways of exploiting the regional market, the effect of foreign investment in London and the best ways of investing in property,' said Mr Morris.
