Guernsey Post retains IiP gold standard

GUERNSEY POST has won gold-level recognition against the Investors in People framework for excellence.

IiP specialist and assessor Roger Bradshaw praised the utility for its continual improvement and focus on people.

‘The business, through its leadership, has positioned itself with an ambition to lead innovation in the sector,’ he said.

‘The organisation leads, not follows, enabling the creation of sustainable success. People throughout the organisation demonstrate high levels of engagement.

‘Guernsey Post has been accredited under the Investors in People framework since 2009 and have had the gold standard since 2012.

‘It is great to see it continuing to grow and develop and it is a true testament to the commitment of the team.’
