Princess Elizabeth Hospital - erect two pole-mounted signs at Princess Elizabeth Hospital, Rue Rondel, La Rue de la Corbinerie.

Mr M. Le Patourel - demolish section of shed and erect additional shed for storage of agricultural machinery at Le Clos D'hy, Les Mourant Road.

Mr and Mrs B. Mahy - remove garage door and install window at Sea Breeze, Jerbourg Road.

ST PETER PORT

Liberation Management Ltd - erect fascia sign (revised) (protected building) at 13, North Esplanade.

Treasury and Resources Department - remove oil tank, create additional parking space and install steel barrier (protected building) at fire station, Town Arsenal, Arsenal Road.

Management committee of Victoria Homes - alterations to fenestration (Flats 1 and 6), erect fencing and gate and erect new external steps (protected building) at Coronation Block, Victoria Homes, Park Lane.

Environment Department - erect cycle shelter and hoops adjacent to existing shelter at North Beach car park.

Environment Department - install four bollards at slipway access, relocate lighting column within the car park, excavate and reprofile grass mound and install pedestrian walkway at La Salerie car park.

ST PETER’S

Mr and Mrs E. Grisley - demolish existing spa room and erect new sun lounge on east elevation at Contree des Clercs, Rue du Campere.

Mr J. Langmead - variation to plans previously approved - install additional rooflight and window on north elevation, install solar units on south elevation at Bellagio, Route du Grand Port.

ST SAMPSON’S

Guernsey Water - install three

metre mast with 0.7m antenna to exterior wall of pumping station at Lowlands Road.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr and Mrs J. Razzak - install an air source heat pump (rear garden) at Marais de Bas, Route de la Perelle.

VALE

Mrs J. de Carteret - demolish and rebuild chimney stack (west gable) at Les Fontenelles, La Rue de la Maraive.

Mr and Mrs Walker - convert garage into separate residential dwelling

and extend car parking area and install oil tank to east elevation of dwelling at Rothley Corner, Le Rocher Lane.

Mr J. Norman - change of use of agricultural land to domestic use and retain dry stone wall to rear of property (retrospective). Demolish shed and erect double garage and garden room at Les Quatre Vents, Rue des Marais.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in

writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven

days of the publication of the above

list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list.

However, a complete register

containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
