Mr and Mrs Trevor – demolish existing extensions and erect single storey flat roof extension to rear (north) and pitched roof extension to side (east). Rebuild section of front facade and replace existing timber windows with UPVC at Highfield, Rue des Pres.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mr and Mrs J. Le Poidevin – remove chimney on north elevation at 1, Coachmans Cottage, Les Banques.

Mr W. Gantley – change of use from betting shop to shop (retail use class 14) at Bob & Red, The Hollies, South Quay.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr M. Poulding – install a stainless steel flue (rear roof plane of dwelling) at Le Figuier, La Grande Rue.

Mr J. Ridout – erect a double garage with games room above, erect a wall linking garage to dwelling house and install door at The Cariboos, Rue de l'Arquet.

TORTEVAL

Mrs M. Wallbridge – demolish existing dwelling and erect a new dwelling at Windermere, Chemin Le Roi.

VALE

Mr and Mrs Tolcher – remove existing garage door and replace with window to front of property (retrospective) at Canalobre, Roseland Lane.

Marina Hotel Ltd – remove section of roadside wall and widen vehicular access to front (protected building) at Flats 1–3, Moorland Villa, Les Mielles Road.

Mrs E. A. Tostevin – demolish wall and remove gate to create additional parking at front of dwelling at 4, La Cloture, Les Clotures Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
