States Education Department - remove section of roadside earthbank to form pedestrian access and path and install pedestrian gate and 4.35m high fence (alternative variation to FULL/2015/1920) at St Martin's Primary School, La Route des Coutures.

Mr D. Vasic - remove flat roof and lean-to roof covering and replace with new (protected building) at No. 6, Contree Mansell.

Mr and Mrs J. Symons - erect balcony and install external staircase (rear elevation) at Apartment 1, Camblez House, Queen's Road.

Mr D. Vasic - replace roof slates, lead gutters and flashings (protected building) at 16, Fountain Street.

Martello Ltd - alterations and remedial works to the boundary wall at car park at Rue du Pre/Park Street.

Mr and Mrs A. P. Cunningham - demolish conservatory and erect single storey extension including first floor terrace on south-west elevation. Install two dormer windows, erect portico, install new front doors and erect external staircase on north-west elevation. Increase size of two dormer windows and install first floor balcony on south-east elevation, alter fenestration, remove hedging and install entrance gate at Gorselea, Bulwer Avenue.

Dr and Mrs King - erect shed, rebuild and alter existing boundary wall (north-west) and build a new boundary wall (east) and install gates (north-east boundary elevations) at White Lodge, St Magloire Lane.

Cruz Assets Ltd - remove existing garage door and install glazed door and windows at La Platte, Rue des Bordeaux.

Ms S. Philippe - remove lean-to porch and extend dwelling (front elevation) at Driftwood, 7, Eastbourne, Clos Les Rocques, Barrees Road.

Mr and Mrs Le Poidevin - replace windows (protected building) at Ashandy Cottage, route des Coutures.

Mr and Mrs B. G. Bourgaize - install three rooflights (rear roof plane) at Kadesh, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
