Mr R. Babbe – install replacement railings along front boundary (protected building) at Les Naftiaux, La Rue des Naftiaux.

Chertsey House Property Ltd – change of use of first floor from residential to ancillary office and alter and extend outbuilding to form dwelling at Chertsey House, La Route des Cornus.

Mr and Mrs Dovey – demolish extension (west elevation), remove existing flat roof to create roof extension with two rooflights and erect porch on east elevation of the dwelling at Sariska, Les Traudes.

Mr N. Carrington – block up French doors and install window (front/south elevation) at Banchory, Clos de Beaupre, Saints Road.

Mr S. Elder – erect flat roof extension and install two rooflights to rear (south) of the main dwelling at Crawley, 15, Norman Terrace, Maurepas Road.

The Wardens of the Town Church – repair works to existing east facing window (protected building) at The Town Church, Church Hill.

Ms C. Lawrence – install replacement windows and doors (south and east elevations) (protected building) at Flat 1, 14a, Mount Durand.

Mrs J. Sholl – remove existing hedge and plant lavender bushes (retrospective) at Etheldra, 39, Mount Row.

Environmental Services Unit – install rock catch netting on cliff face at Colborne Road.

Lavinia Holdings Ltd – variations to plans previously approved to demolish existing and erect new dwelling – remove one balcony and reduce the size of the second balcony on east elevation, reduce size of pool enclosure and terrace/garden on north east elevation, install two new windows on north elevation and reduce size of windows on south elevation at Sea Lodge, 59, Rue Adolphus, Fort George.

Environment Department – install three retro–fit cycle hoops to bollards at The Albany, South Esplanade.

ST PETER’S

Lord and Lady R. W. Gwynne–Evans – extend and alter existing garage/store at Pont du Val, Le Pont.

ST SAMPSON’S

Guernsey Tennis Club – replace existing lighting to three outdoor tennis courts at Guernsey Tennis Club, Long Camps.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs B. David – use of building for domestic purposes at Les Fontaines, Rue des Villains.

VALE

Directors of Sarnia Properties – erect six storage and distribution units (storage/distribution use class 30) and create site road at Sarland, Sarnia Properties, North Side.

Mrs J. Pearson – demolish chimney at Tequesta, Gold Crest, Port Soif.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
