Mr R. Morgan and Miss S. Corbin – demolish section of boundary wall to create vehicular access and parking area at 2, Coin du Nocq, Nocq Road.

Mr and Mrs Bennett – erect single storey extension to rear of dwelling, install replacement windows and doors and install flue in rear roof slope at Belle Escale, La Route des Capelles.

Mr and Mrs J. Maguire – erect first floor extension and install five rooflights (west elevation), demolish existing and erect new extension on north elevation, rebuild chimneys

and alterations to fenestration (protected building) at Elmsdale, Rue Sauvage.

Mr S. Addison – sub-divide existing dwelling to create two separate dwellings, demolish existing store and form pedestrian access in front boundary wall at Lucerne, Les Petites Mielles.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr M. Allez – convert bunker and extend to form new dwelling (revised) at Patris, Route de la Marette.

Mr and Mrs J. Legg – variations to plans previously approved to extend and alter dwelling – erect external store, install two air source heat pumps and alter fenestration (north elevation) and install solar panels (south elevation) at La Petite Flaguee, Rue de la Flaguee.

VALE

Mr R. F. Mills – remove existing and install replacement metal roofing at R. F. Mills Yard, North Side.

Mr R. Ireland – variations to previously approved plans to erect two dwellings and create access, extend rear terrace and install glazed balustrading at Palmerston, La Route du Braye.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
