Miss E. E. Le Lacheur – demolish part of existing building (north elevation) which comprises two residential units and erection of detached dwelling to north of retained dwelling at Belle Etoile, Les Nouettes Lane.

Mr and Ms N. Ravenscroft – variation to previously approved plans to install new door and window to garage (west elevation). Install additional window and alter size/position of fenestration on east elevation. Omit gable window on south elevation, omit glazed cheeks to dormers and omit granite and replace with stone cladding to north elevation (retrospective) at Prairie, Rue des Buttes.

ST MARTIN’S

Mr J. Aylmer – block up gable window (retrospective) at Les Bleus, Les Vaurioufs.

Piste Property Ltd – install new wooden entrance gates at Vaux Hubert, Rue de la Falaise.

Mr and Mrs M. Watson – demolish conservatory and erect sun lounge and install doors on west elevation at Les Pages Cottages, Les Pages.

ST PETER PORT

Ms A. Phillips – pollard five trees at field adjacent to 7, Longfield, Maurepas Road.

Mr J. V. and Mrs K. M. Mills – remove shed and demolish section of boundary wall to create vehicular access at 4, Beechworth Terrace, First Tower Lane.

Spread Trustee Co. Ltd – change of use of basement and ground floor to form one shop, together with associated alterations, changes to office entrance at Weighbridge House, North Esplanade and Lower Pollet.

Mr D. J. Smith – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling, erect detached double garage, create new vehicular access (north boundary) and alter parking area at Sausmarez Lodge Farm, Queen's Road.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mr and Mrs A. Woodward – demolish conservatory and erect flat roof extension on south elevation at Entre-Nous, Les Sauvagees.

Mr and Mrs L. and B. Abbott – replace hedge and increase width of vehicle access (retrospective) at Belvedere, Belgrave Lane, Victoria Avenue.

Mr P. Finigan – change of use of store to powder coating business – continuation without complying with Condition 4 of FULL/2014/2834 at Clonsilla, Maladerie Road, L'Islet.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr J. Watts – demolish existing calf stall and erect new farm building – revised (retrospective) at Les Piques Farm, Route des Piques.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs B. David – alter building to incorporate first floor storage area at Les Fontaines, Rue des Villains.

Mr B. J. Yendell – replace windows and doors at La Vallee, La Rue de la Vallee.

VALE

States Works – demolish two storage buildings and erect fence on boundary wall at States Works, La Hure Mare Road.

Mr and Mrs S. Laine – install replacement uPVC exterior door on east (side) elevation at The Coach House, Les Amarreurs Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Ferbrache – remove hedge and erect boundary wall at Top Flat, La Fontenelle, Rue de la Fontenelle.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
