Mr I. Robinson – erect new timber store at Castle Carey, L'Hyvreuse.

Mr and Mrs Bousfield – install two rooflights in rear elevation of dwelling at 2, De Beauvoir Terrace, Les Gravees.

Mr W. A. MacRae – install replacement timber door (front elevation) at The Town House, Domaine de Beauport, Hauteville.

The Guernsey Tennis Centre – erect extension to tennis centre, create short tennis court and erect chain link fencing (south elevation) at The Guernsey Tennis Centre, Route des Longs Camps.

Mr J. Mahy – demolish flat roof single-storey extension and porch and erect single-storey flat roof extension with roof terrace over (east elevation), install French doors at first floor level (east elevation and install external staircase (north elevation) at Holmdene, Route du Camp du Roi.

Mr and Mrs M. Dodd – change of use from guest house accommodation (Visitor Economy Use Class 10) to residential accommodation (Residential Use Class 1) at Anneville, Rue des Longs Camps.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs A. Flouquet – infill existing and create new vehicular access to front of property at Ocean View, Route de la Lague.

VALE

Ms K. Leslie – erect single storey flat roof extension to east side and remove window and install double doors to south side at Sept Etoile, La Moye.

Mr T. Leightley – erect signage at R. F. Mills Yard, Northside.

Mr and Mrs S. Conlan – raise ridge height and extend and alter dwelling, install dormer windows and rooflights, alter and install fenestration, install juliet balcony (east elevation and install flue at Claremont, Les Rouvets Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
