Mr B. Sparrow and Miss S. Lucas – variations to works previously approved to replace roof, alter dormer and replace chimney – replace lean-to roof with flat roof, demolish chimney and erect flue at rear of dwelling and alterations to fenestration at The Crows Nest, Rue des Marettes.

ST PETER PORT

Carey Olsen – replace existing railings at rear and side of building (west and south) at Carey House, Les Banques.

Ms N. Heaume – change of use from estate agents office (administrative, financial and professional use class 21) to retail shop (retail use class 14) at 4, The Quay.

Mr A. Smith and Miss S. McHenry – demolish existing sheds, erect block built shed and create flat roof infill on extension at Petit Nuage, La Tonn Estate.

Mr and Mrs A. Mason – demolish existing lean-to extension and erect new flat roof extension on east elevation at Richmond House, Richmond Corner.

FB Ltd – demolish conservatory and extend restaurant; replace thatch with pantiles (Block 2); alter fenestration; change of use of part of staff accommodation to office; extend car parking; erect garden kiosk; install new gates; and erect new signage and awnings at Oatlands Village, Oatlands Lane.

Guernsey Museums – install an interpretation board at St Saviour's Church, Les Buttes.

VALE

Mr A. Moorshead – erect rear boundary timber fence (retrospective) (protected building) at Palmerston, Braye Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Grove – demolish existing and erect new garage/garden store at Le Petit Arc-en-Ciel, La Rue du Passeur.

Mrs S. Le Page – demolish existing conservatory and erect new extension on rear (north) elevation at Orlando, Bunker Hill.

Mrs L. Tulie and Mrs T. Turner – variations to plans previously approved to demolish existing outbuilding (workshop) and erect dwelling with attached garage – install additional fenestration and rooflights (all elevations) at Innsbruck, Route du Camp du Roi.

Mr and Mrs B. C. Colley – demolish existing and erect replacement flat roof extension at rear of dwelling and alterations to fenestration at Trillium, Pleinheaume Road.

Mrs V. Edwards – erect conservatory at La Maison de Bas, La Grande Maison Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
