Church on the Rock – variations to plans previously approved for demolition of 1.5 storey extension and erection of 1.5 storey flat roof extension, single storey entrance lobby and ramped access – install new and replacement windows (south-west, north-east and south-east elevations) and remove roof lantern at Church on the Rock, The King's Centre, New Road.

The Salvation Army – install replacement signage (front elevation) at The Salvation Army, Nocq Road.

Harbour View Construction Ltd – demolish part of dwelling, extend and alter to create residential unit, erect three residential units to rear and create vehicular access and driveway (revised) to retain existing 1.5 storey extension of main dwelling at Talbot Mews, Brock Road.

Mr D. Simon – erect extension at first floor level on south elevation at Malibu, Duveaux Park, Duveaux Lane.

Mr P. and Mrs A. Harris – erect summer house in south-east corner of garden at Le Cote Sauvage, Route de la Perelle.

Mr P. and Mrs A. Harris – raise roof height, demolish conservatory and erect extension at Le Cote Sauvage, Route de la Perelle.

Mr and Mrs R. Green – erect extension to garage block at land behind Jezero, Longue Rue.

VALE

Mr T. M. and Mrs V. Morris – install flue to side (east) of property at St Emilion, La Rochelle Road.

Mr N. Batiste – erect an awning at Chim Chiminee Fires Ltd, Killorglin, Route du Camp du Roi.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
