Guernsey Harbours – placement of planters (reduced number) with graphics; install chain and stanchions and permanent and removable stanchion and cable fencing; permanent and annual seasonal installation of directional and information signs; widen pedestrian walkway at Victoria Slipway; and annual seasonal placement of marquee at end of Albert Pier (revised proposals) at Albert Pier and Bus Terminus area.

ST PETER’S

Mr and Mrs M. Rouget – re-roof existing barn (part retrospective) at Bonamy, Rue de L'Ardaine.

ST SAMPSON’S

States Works – install CCTV cameras (retrospective) at Longue Hougue Recycling Facility, Bulwer Avenue.

Public Services Department – erect a waste transfer station building, with associated hardstanding for up to 180 shipping containers and ancillary plant including a 20 metre high chimney, two weighbridges, fire water tank and pump house, electricity sub-station and fuel storage area. Erect a facilities building. Construct a Household Waste Recycling Centre. Construct associated roads and parking and a bund along the southern side boundary (Environmental Impact Assessment development) at Longue Hougue Reclamation Site, Bulwer Avenue.

Mr A. Le Moigne – erect extension at side of dwelling, demolish garage and erect replacement garage at Sundew, Brock Road.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr and Mrs F. Dunlop – extend and alter dwelling (revised) at Mont Saint Lodge, Rue des Hougues.

Mr P. Bishop – install replacement windows and door (protected building) at Hougue Bacheley Cottage, Rue de la Hougue Bachele.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs Maddison – erect single storey extension on west elevation at Le Feugrel, Rue de L'Aitte.

Mr and Mrs C. Le Pelley – demolish existing dwelling and erect replacement dwelling, alter vehicular access and install gates, and install air source heat pumps at La Mare, Rue du Banquet.

VALE

Mr T. Allen – install two dormer windows on south west elevation of existing garage and erect car port to south-east elevation at Swansea Villa, La Rochelle Road.

Niebelung Ltd – demolish existing extension and erect new extensions on north and east sides of main dwelling, alter existing barn to form habitable accommodation and erect triple garage/workshop and gymnasium/hobbies room at La Maison Sentinelle, Route des Coutures.

Mr and Mrs A. Bassett – install dormer window on north elevation, window on east elevation and install rooflights at Maison de L'Espoir, Sohier Road.

Mr P. J. Lowe – remove sections of leylandii hedging (north and west boundaries) and install garage doors on existing car port at La Cachette, Rue des Landes.

Mr and Mrs Sutton– erect a shed (south-east boundary) at Semper Fidelis, Aucuba Clos, Landes du Marche.

Mr R. Toms – remove hedge and erect garage (retrospective) at Hamilton, Route du Camp du Roi.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
