Mr and Mrs D. Burchett – replace garage door with window on north elevation and install new gable window on west elevation of garage at Labadee, 4, Cedar Drive, Upper St Jacques.

Uplands Ltd – variations to plans previously approved to demolish dwelling, erect six units of accommodation; alterations to access, create parking and amenity areas – revised bin store and new pedestrian staircase adjacent to vehicular access at Uplands, St Jacques.

Mr D. De La Mare – variations to works previously approved to erect dwelling and restore outbuilding (revised) – create basement and extend to west at Mon Plaisir, Green Lanes.

Bridge Developments Ltd – residential development – erect extension and sub-divide dwelling to create six units of accommodation and erect additional 14 units of accommodation at Bickleigh, Saltpans Road.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs Jeffreys – erect a garage/store at La Fourtchie, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Mr J. George – change of use of main dwelling to guest house and dwelling, convert outbuilding to four self-catering units and creation of car parking area at La Moye House, La Moye Road.

Falles Motor Group – Extend car wash to side to provide car wash bay (revised), locate jet wash pump inside plant room, at Vale Garage complex, Braye Road.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
