Mr and Mrs V. Smith – install rooflights (front and rear elevation) at Sans Souci, Route des Capelles.

Mr and Mrs K. Opie – erect single storey pitched roof extension (east elevation) at The Poplars, Les Canus.

Mr N. De Mouilpied – demolish and erect replacement roadside walls and gate pillars (protected building) at Nelsonii, Longue Rue.

ST SAVIOUR’S

St Saviour's Community Centre LBG – demolish swimming pool building and associated stores/plant room and erect extension to create two community rooms and tea room, erect fencing within the site and form new pedestrian access onto Le Neuf Chemin Road at St Saviour's Community Centre, Le Neuf Chemin Road.

Mr and Mrs N. Gamble – erect a garden room with associated landscaping works (protected building) at Prevosts Farm, Rue de la Cache.

Mr T. Holland and Ms C. Singer – sub-divide property into two dwellings including raise ridge height to create first floor accommodation and demolish section of wall to create an additional vehicular access at Le Crocq Villa, Rue Mahaut.

VALE

Sarnia Properties – reduce height of compound perimeter granite walls (east, west and south walls) at Channel Islands Fuels Ltd, Castle Road, North Side.

Ms C. S. Toynton – erect summer house to rear of property at Sylla Cottage, La Route des Coutures.

Mr and Mrs T. Kendal – demolish existing sun room, erect lean-to garden room and install raised decking and balustrading, remove pillar and construct steps (rear elevation), erect parapet wall, restore lean-to roof and install rooflights and alter window (side/west elevation) (protected building) at Balmoral, La Mazotte.

Mr T. Blatchford – raise ridge height of main dwelling and install three dormer windows on front (south) roofslope at Kylesku, Houmtel Lane.

Mr and Mrs M. Tanguy – raise roof height, demolish existing conservatory and erect single storey extension to rear of dwelling and alterations to fenestration at Wyland, Houmtel Lane.

Ms L. Martin – convert outbuilding to a dwelling, replace roof, install replacement windows and doors and erect fencing and gate at Summerville Farm, Longue Rue.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
