Mr T. Corbin – change of use of workshop from Use Class 38 (General Industrial Use) to Use Class 37 (Light Industrial Use) and change of use of first floor storage area to residential unit at Torteval Engineering Works, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Mr H. Morgan – variation to plans previously approved to sub-divide existing dwelling – alter driveway to create turning area at Northumberland House, La Rochelle Road.

Miss G. Mourant – change of use from Residential Use Class 1 (Dwelling) to Residential Use Class 4 (Dwelling and home based business) (protected building) (retrospective) at Le Maresquet, La Hure Mare.

Mr and Mrs P. Le Page – erect new ground floor extension on rear (north) elevation of dwelling at Sandown, Rue des Fleurs, Les Prins Estate.

Mr M. Le Page– remove chimney at Melbourne Cottage, Houmet Lane.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
