The Ladies' College – erect bin store to north of main senior school building at the Ladies' College, Les Gravees.

RBS – remove existing and install new illuminated ATM sign (retrospective) at Waitrose, Rohais.

Mr and Mrs D. Finnie – install roof between dwelling and outbuilding on rear elevation at 15, The Hermitage, Les Croutes.

Mrs M. Zandvliet – variations to plans previously approved to erect two-storey extension to side with balcony and replace rear ground floor glazed roof. Alter access, upgrade existing external store and install new rooflights – reduce size and reposition balcony at Instow, Les Gravees du Sud.

Mr and Mrs A. D. Lewis – alterations to front and rear elevations, replace existing windows, install additional window and rooflights, replace roof terrace balustrade, recover roof and create Juliet balcony on east elevation at 26, Hauteville.

Mr and Mrs A. Wilkes – erect shed at rear of dwelling at Quelques Fleurs, Damouettes Lane.

Mr and Mrs Carter – demolish conservatory and erect a single storey pitched roof extension to rear, extend dwelling at second floor

level, alter roof, install glazed gable, two dormer windows, door and

porch (rear elevation). Extend and alter paved patio areas, construct steps, create pedestrian access in garden wall and erect retaining wall at La Sommeilleuse, Route du Coudre.

Mr and Mrs Nightingale – install solar panels on front roof slope at Les Issues, Rue de L'Issue.

ST SAMPSON’S

Ms M. Bourgaize – alterations to outbuilding; infill door (south elevation) and install patio doors (west elevation) at Asgard, Route Militaire.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Ms J. Emery – replace single glazed timber windows with double glazed timber windows (protected building) at Notre Piaeche, Biloterie Road.

Mr J. Gardener-Wheeler – erect

first floor extension and high level window on north elevation and remove hedge and erect granite wall at Le Weldisse, Clos du Fillage, Le Frie Baton Road.

VALE

Guernsey Recycling Group –

create temporary external storage area at Mayside Recycling Facility, Unit 1, Les Monmains Estate, Northside.

Guernsey Housing Association LBG – erect 20 one-bedroom flats comprising supported housing and eight one-bedroom flats within an autism unit, construct associated access road and 29 parking spaces at Le Vieux Jardin, off Courtil Le Clement.

Mr and Mrs C. Solway – demolish chimney, replace corrugated roof with new roof and install two rooflights on rear lean-to extension (protected building) at Figtree Farm, Landes du Marche.

J. and D. Norman – demolish dwelling and erect replacement dwelling (revised) at Meadow Croft, Rue des Marais.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
