Reduce size of basement, pool enclosure and terrace/garden on north east elevation, changes to the internal layout at first floor level including a slight extension on the south-west side, removal of a balcony in the south-east corner of the dwelling and a reduction in the size of the balcony in the north-east corner, changes to the elevations to reflect the changes to layout, including two new windows on the north side and an enlarged bathroom window on the south side, changes to the proposed external cladding, a reduction of the first floor level by 150mm, additional solar panels and their repositioning, details of the parapet and terrace to be created above the magazine, inclusion of screening to the northern roof terrace, an extension of the stair enclosure at roof level by 600mm and provision for privacy screens to windows on the south side at Sea Lodge, 59, Rue Adolphus, Fort George.

Mr T. Veron – reinstate windows and doors on barn conversion at Les Clercs du Campere, Rue du Campere.

Mr and Mrs G. Hendry – demolish garage, shed and porch and erect flat roof extension to rear and pitched roof extension to side, install rooflights and sunpipes and demolish chimney stack at Les Miselle, Rue de L'Aitte.

Mr L. J. Benoist – lay gravel and grid system on vehicular access and install cobbles to entrance (protected building) at La Croix des Marchez, Rue du Videcocq.

Mr and Mrs M. and E. Le Poidevin – extend first floor balcony and install balustrading (south and west elevations), reposition flue to east roof plane and erect a garden wall at Le Petit Morpaye, Les Martins.

Sure (Guernsey) Ltd– remove old cabinet and install new telecommunication cabinet at Sous l'Eglise, Route de Sous l'Eglise.

High Palms Ltd– demolish car port and sun lounge and extend and alter dwelling including raise ridge height and erect 1.5 storey extensions to south, east and west of dwelling, install rooflights, dormer windows and first floor balconies at High Palms, Rue Feveresse.

Mr and Mrs J. Morgan– variation to plans previously approved to erect extension with balcony and glazed link extension at rear of dwelling – remove section of wall at Le Haut, Rue du Douit Manchot.

Stapley Family RAT – install a 600mm traffic mirror at Sarel, La Grande Rue.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs C. Le Pelley – form new earth bank and remove section of existing earth bank to create access between fields at agricultural land adjacent to La Mare Track, Rue du Banquet.

VALE

Silverline Cars Ltd – change of use from mixed use (car workshop and showroom) to retail use class 14 and alterations to fenestration at Silverline Cars, Vale Avenue.

Guernsey Electricity – install new substation enclosure at Vale Pond substation, Vale Pond, La Route de L'Islet.

Mr and Mrs A. Marsh – install Juliette balcony with stainless steel guard railings on east elevation of dwelling at Arlanda, La Mazotte.

Mr and Mrs S. Ellis– demolish porch and erect 1.5 storey extension and replacement porch to rear (north). Extend bay window on west elevation, install rooflights and install replacement door to detached garage at Mill House, Barras Lane.

Guernsey Electricity – install new substation enclosure at Rue de L'Ecole substation, Rue de L'Ecole.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the authority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
