Mr R. Langlois – demolish rear extension and boundary wall and erect new two-storey extension on south elevation, demolish and rebuild chimney at Le Piemaran, 2, Rue du Havre, Bordeaux.

Mr and Mrs T. Baggs – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling, infill existing opening and pedestrian gateway and widen vehicular access at Appleton Place, Hougue du Valle.

Channel Islands Co-operative Society Ltd – change of use of first and second floors to form flat (residential use class two). Install replacement shop front to ground floor, replace existing windows and install rooflights and replacement lantern light to rear of property at former Guernsey Press/Island Shopper premises, 17, The Bridge.

Mr C. Le Gallez – demolish lean-to extension and remove chimney, and erect single-storey extension at rear (west elevation), erect a porch (east elevation), alterations to fenestration including install window in south elevation and widen vehicular access at The Abyss, La Garenne Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Duckworth – erect flat roof extension on north-west (rear) elevation at Soleil Cottage, Route du Camp du Roi.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
