Mr C. J. McHugh – fell or lop ash tree on Rue de la Porte roadside boundary at Guennola, Rue des Eturs.

Mr J. Guilbert – change of use of two units from self catering (Visitor Economy Use Class 12) to dwellings (Residential Use Class 1) (Retrospective) at Blue Waters, Rue des Corneilles.

Mr and Mrs R. Green – demolish existing and erect new shed at Hampsley Cottage, Rue Cohu.

Mr and Mrs D. Breban – change of use of agricultural land to domestic garden at Lagonissi, Rue de Galaad.

Mr D. Le Cheminant – erect a shed at Billys Farm, Rue de la Ronde Cheminee.


Infinity Group Ltd – variation to condition nine of FULL/2015/2238 to retain existing access at St Pierre Park driving range, Rohais de Bas.

Mr B. Choules – remove existing garage door and replace with two windows to front and replace existing rooflight to rear of property with Velux Cabrio balcony system at Les Brises, Le Petit Rouette, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.


Mrs C. Burton – alterations to fenestration at La Roseraie, Coin Colin.


States Property Services – erect two Terre a L'Amende signs at access road off Pitronnerie Road to Route de la Garenne, Pitronnerie Road.

Advocate J. B. Green - install granite road sign in wall at entrance to Ruette Godfrey (protected building) at The Manor House, Les Vardes.

Mr and Mrs A. Ratcliffe – erect single storey pitched roof extension to north and west elevations, and fell leylandii tree at Grassmoor, 40, Avenue Morley, Fort George.


Mr and Mrs C. O'Doherty – extend domestic curtilage at The Barn, La Couture, Route des Paysans.

Mr and Mrs Le Cras – erect a porch and a 1.5 storey garage (south-west elevation) and alterations at Kaikoura, Les Heches.

Mr and Ms A. Mason – extend and alter dwelling to create accommodation at first floor level, and alterations to fenestration at La Maison des Pres, Rue des Pres.


Mr M. Bubb – demolish glasshouse, erect a detached single-storey dwelling, remove 3.7m section of earth bank to form a vehicular access and remove and replace roadside boundary hedge (revised scheme) at Fougeres, Rue Jacques.

Mr J. Collenette – erect single storey flat roof extension with roof lantern to side (south) elevation of dwelling at The Oasis, La Vieille Rue.

Mr S. Sheppard – change of use of part of field from agricultural to domestic use, erect post and rail fencing and cover douit with earthbank (part retrospective) at field at Le Fort, Le Grand Fort Road.

Mr and Mrs B. Bridle – replace glazed conservatory roof with Supalite roof system at 6, Prospect Terrace, L'Islet.

Mr D. Joyce – demolish existing attached garage and erect single storey lean-to extension to side (south-west) elevation (revised scheme) (protected building) at La Soucique, Route des Landes.

Mr and Mrs S. Clark – erect new dwelling at La Pomare Mazotte, Clos La Mazotte.

Landes du Marche Garage Ltd – install replacement windows in first floor at rear of premises at Landes du Marche Garage, Landes du Marche.

Baxis Ltd – extend domestic curtilage at Les Annevilles, Rue de Haut.

Mr and Mrs S. Petralia – erect single storey flat roof timber clad extension to rear (south-west elevation); single storey flat roof timber clad extension linking to existing garage and gym (side/south-east elevation); and summer house (south boundary), remove hedge, erect 1.8m high fence and relocate oil tank at Mevagissey, Route du Picquerel.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
