Treasury and Resources Department – remove bars to windows on south and west elevations and internal alterations (protected building) at Old Companies Registry, Royal Court Buildings, Rue du Manoir.

The Ladies' College – relocate temporary classroom huts to rear of site during construction works at The Ladies' College, Les Gravees.

Ian Wright – erect a one and a half storey extension on south east elevation of dwelling at Le Petit Quart, Rue des Mares.

Mr and Mrs R. Ridout – erect single storey extension to side of property (north elevation) at Les Jehans Farm, La Rue des Jehans.

Mr and Mrs N. Piper – variation to plans previously approved to erect glazed link and extend dwelling (north and east elevations) to provide pool equipment room and garden room in basement and home office on ground floor – alter levels of proposed extension, alter fenestration on north and west elevation and install windows on east elevation at Ocean View, Rue du Rocher.

Arrowsmith Commercial Laundry – install flue for steam boiler in existing laundry building at Arrowsmith Commercial Laundry, La Hure Mare Industrial Estate, La Hure Mare.

Mr and Mrs J. Wood – variations to plans previously approved under FULL/2012/2458 to sub–divide dwelling to form two dwellings – increase width of rear extension (protected building at Rocque Qui Sonne, Rue de l'Ecole.

Mr and Mrs T. P. Mileham – remove garage door, install window on east elevation and install door on north elevation of dwelling at Lamorna Cottage, Lorier Lane.

Mr and Mrs I. Hardman – demolish existing wall and earthbank and widen vehicular access, erect new wall and pillar and install gate at Barnfield (previously The Barn), Longue Rue.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
