TORTEVAL

Torteval Methodist Church Council - extend and alter Methodist Church to form four apartments, extend and alter church hall to form four apartments, create associated car parking, erect bicycle store/shed and form bin stores at Torteval Methodist Church and Hall, Rue de la Bellee.

Mr C. Le Pelley - extend domestic curtilage at land adjacent to La Mare, Rue du Banquet.

VALE

Guernsey Housing Association - variation to plans previously approved to demolish care home and other domestic properties and erect new care apartments with communal facilities and day care unit - Set back amended and windows in central core to south of main entrance removed, reduce height of inset balcony upstands, install two additional rooflights and adjustment to window and door styles at La Nouvelle Maraitaine, Maraitaine Road.

Mr and Mrs B. McFarlane - erect first floor extension to rear (north) of property and remove section of roadside wall to widen existing vehicular access to front of property at Rainbow's End (formerly Le Petit Creux), Route des Landes.

Sundowners (Chouet) Ltd - install a flue on north elevation at Roc Salt, formerly Chouet Tea Rooms, Mont Cuet.

Mr and Mrs L. C. Milton - alterations to pathway and install new steps at Quatre Saisons, Barras Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
