Guernsey Water – install a one–metre mast to side of pumping station at Le Varclin Pumping Station, Vaux du Varclin, Le Varclin.

ST PETER PORT

Dr S. Eckhardt – demolish existing dwelling and erect three new apartments, create additional vehicular access, reduce height of roadside boundary walls and form new car parking (revised) at Frimley, Rouge Rue.

Seahorse Ltd – variations to plans previously approved to erect apartment block of 12 units of residential accommodation with associated parking – install additional door and rooflight (retrospective) and apply signage (east elevation) at Salerie Corner site, Salter Street.

LP Entertainment – alterations to Luna Bar entrance and formation of entry booth serving Fusion entrance at 54, Le Pollet.

Constables of St Peter Port – erect section of railings along new kerb at St Peter Port constables' office, Lefebvre Street.

Bridge Floral Group – install granite block seating and planters at Le Crocq.

Mr B. Wells and Miss H. Wyatt – raise ridge height and extend and alter dwelling and install new balcony on north elevation at Karinya, Les Sauvagees.

Howkev Ltd – erect signage on front of building at Unit 4, Braye Road Industrial Estate, La Route du Braye.

Mr and Mrs A. Robinson – alter and replace existing conservatory roof with tile roof at Derravaragh, Les Laurens.

Mr R. A. Humphries – demolish chimney stack and install a stainless steel flue at Les Houguillons, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Vale Mill Ltd – install windows, doors and erect external staircase to convert mill into dwelling (protected monument) at Vale Mill, Hougue du Moulin.

Environment Services Unit – remove hedging, install paving and create disabled access at Northside Plantation (incorporating Interpretation Centre), North Side.

Mrs L. Tulie and Mrs T. Turner – alter and convert workshop to a dwelling house at Innsbruck, Route du Camp du Roi.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
