Infinity Group Ltd – variations to plans previously approved to sub–divide dwelling to provide three residential units – remove entrance porch and alterations to fenestration (unit A), remove two chimney stacks and erect one new chimney stack, relocate oil tank and revised landscape including removal of hedge at Les Monts, St Peter's Valley.

La Barbarie Hotel Ltd – change of use of two self-catering units to four hotel suites, alter fenestration and install balconies (east elevation) and re–construct terrace and steps at La Barbarie, Saints Bay Road.

Mr P. Turner – install a chimney flue at Le Chene, Calais Lane.

States of Guernsey – variations to plans previously approved to install chilled ceiling and undertake internal alterations – extend duct housing to ceiling (protected building) at Court 4, Royal Court, Rue du Manoir.

Dun Elm Property Development Ltd – extend, alter and sub–divide existing dwelling to form one dwelling and two new flats at Dunelm, Elm Grove.

Comprop CI Ltd – erect free-standing sign on west side of entrance at GT Cars site, Les Banques.

Environment Department – install a bus shelter at Les Bas Courtils Road (seaward side between Camp Code and Delancey Lane).

Mr and Mrs S. Mauger – extend and alter packing shed to create separate dwelling at Sundew, Brock Road.

Shire Ltd – variations to plans previously approved to demolish property and erect six flats with associated parking, re–position vehicular access and demolish section of roadside wall to create wider vehicular entrance at neighbouring property (Treetops) – erect an additional shed for unit four at Treetops and Hunters Haven, Saltpans Road.

Guernsey Water – erect a one metre mast on pumping station at La Passee Pumping Station junction, Portinfer Road/Route des Pecqueries.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mr A. B. and Mrs K. A. Allix – remove section of earth bank to create wider vehicular access and variations to works previously approved – install rooflight on front (west) elevation and alteration to double doors and windows at ground floor level on south elevation at Kimberley, Route du Planel.

VALE

Mr and Mrs M. Le Poidevin – erect shed and fence panel (south boundary) and install gate posts and gate to vehicular access (north boundary) at St Cere, Roseland Lane.

Mr J. Mauger – extend balcony and alterations to fenestration on sun room (retrospective) at Maison de Longree, L'Ancresse.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
