KRISTINA NEVES was once again the standout talent as she dominated the Channel Island Championships at Les Quennevais in Jersey.
The 15-year-old Guernsey Swimming Club starlet, pictured, won every one of the 12 races she entered in event age-group record times, including three with personal bests and three of those in senior island record times.
While two of those were lowering her own marks, namely in the 200m butterfly and 200m individual medley, she also broke a record that has stood since 2000.
Helen Watts' effort of 1min. 5.98sec. at the same venue was beaten by 0.36sec. as Neves finished comfortably clear of her rivals in a time of 1-05.62.
