THE two captains of the victorious Guernsey inter-insular swimming team, Tom Hollingsworth and Victoria Parfit, continued to look strong in the 200m breaststroke event of the Beau Sejour Barracudas Specsavers Series.

Hollingsworth was the only record breaker of the event posting a time of 2-23.76 which, despite being outside his personal best, was enough to break his own record in the series.

Parfit recorded the overall fastest time of the girls of 2-46.84.

In the youngest age group, nine years, Max Lord held on to his stroke and improved on his best by over eight seconds to just take the touch from Elliot Lock recording 4-11.57, with the girls' title going to a great swim from Tatiana Tostevin of 3-54.87.
