Munro smashes record in Glasgow's Games pool
MILES MUNRO was in brilliant record-breaking form again as the countdown to the Commonwealth Games closed in on 100 days.

Doubly encouraging for the young freestyle star is that this feat was achieved in the same Glasgow pool that will be used for the Games this summer.
Competing at the British Gas Swimming Championships, the 17-year-old lowered his own long course Guernsey island record mark in the 100m junior men's freestyle.
It was in some style, too.
His previous best of 51.95sec. – itself achieved only last month at the Hampshire Championships – was obliterated by a superb 51.17 in the junior men's final in Scotland.
