Olympians inspire all at club

OLYMPIC medallists Steve Parry and Keri-Anne Payne proved to be inspirational on their visit to the Beau Sejour Barracudas.

'Steve and Keri-Anne delivered a series of fantastic and inspiring workshops which were enjoyed by swimmers, parents and staff,' said Barracudas coach Alison Frankland.

'Club officials are therefore grateful for the support they have received from their sponsor, Specsavers, and in particular to Cathy Perkins for her input into ensuring the weekend was a huge success.'

Parry and Payne conducted a series of workshops for swimmers and parents while the former was also the guest speaker at the club's annual dinner and prizegiving evening held at the Peninsula Hotel where swimmers and parents celebrated the success of the Barracudas in 2010.
