GUERNSEY'S flag-bearer in the opening ceremony at the Commonwealth Youth Games enjoyed a second big day yesterday as he reached a final in the Isle of Man.

Swimmer Josh Lewis clocked 1min. 7.14sec. to be the fifth quickest in the heats of the 100m breaststroke.

Kristina Neves, 15, just missed out on two finals, placing 11th in the 100m freestyle in 58.07 and 10th in the 50m butterfly in 29.22.

Miles Munro placed 19th in the 200m freestyle in 1-58.14.
