Guernsey select four new caps

GUERNSEY have announced their teams for tomorrow's Le Quesne inter-insular clash in Jersey.

The match is due to take place at Le Creux green in the morning.

The women's fours squad includes just one new cap, Joan Shaw from the Northern Bowling Association.

The men's team has more of a fresh feel, with three new caps being included.

Andrew Lucas and Mike Hullock from the Vale Recreation Club, as well as Stephen Merrien from The Guernsey Bowling Club are the debutants.

In the annual warm-up match that was held at the GBC Beau Sejour green recently, the men's team beat the women by 108 shots to 87.
