FOR years now the island has known that racing pedigree and winning runs in the Priaulx blood and now young Seb has secured his maiden karting success.
The 11-year-old son of triple World Touring Car Champion Andy secured the victory exactly one year after first taking up the sport, something that his father was ecstatic about.
'Just one year after Seb's first race and I am the proudest dad around,' he said.
'Seb held the lead and made no mistakes. It was a fantastic win and the first of many we hope. He has come on very strong since he decided karting was his thing, the practice and lessons at iZone have all paid off.'
