Last remaining titles are decided on Chouet sands

THE Summer Championship closed its points totals on Sunday, on the day of the best weather so far this month.

Most championships had already been decided, but Callum Queripel finished runner-up to Ozzy Ozanne in the main championship with a heat win and a non-start in his final.

Leon Smale held third in the totals, with a heat win and third place in the race of firsts.

Kerrin Leigh held second in the women's race championship, a second place was enough to outscore Lucy Smale, who was a distant third in the race and totals.
