Big confidence boost for record-breaker Robilliard
KYLIE ROBILLIARD need not ask swimmer Miles Munro how much of a feel-good factor it is to come into a Commonwealth Games with a new island record tucked under your arm.

Because three days before the Games get under way in Glasgow, the sprint hurdler was setting a new island mark herself, this time for the 100m hurdles at the high-class EAP Permit meeting at Loughborough.
Her time of 13.54sec. may only be a mere hundredth of a second improvement on her time set in Italy last week, but Robilliard, who is one of the few team members yet to arrive in Glasgow, said that the consistency of her recent performances was the main thing.
The athlete, who arrives in the Games Village today said 'it's all coming together nicely'.
'I am really, really happy and very much confident. I know I can achieve that sort of performance and some more.
'I really hope I can make a big leap in Glasgow, but my coach and I reckon I will have to run in the 13.3s to get into the final. It will need that sort of time.'
