A MOTORCYCLIST died after the driver of a Toyota 4x4 that struck him suffered an epileptic fit, an inquest heard this morning.
Mazvydas Duda, 23, was killed in the accident at Rue Maze, St Martin's, on 6 August last year.
Judge Philip Robey adjourned the case indefinitely after Advocate Lloyd Strappini, representing Mr Duda's widow, questioned whether there could have been a fault with the vehicle.
The driver of the Toyota will not face criminal proceedings but her licence has been revoked.
