'IT'S BUSINESS as usual,' is the message Oatlands tenants are desperate to send out after a shock announcement that the site has gone into administration.

The administration order was granted by the Royal Court after the company apparently owed the bank £1.765m. and was unable to arrange re-financing.

Tenants on the site discovered the news following a letter from newly-appointed administrators Grant Thornton.
