Fiesta inferno wrecks car and damages nearby property
A FAULTY radio has been blamed for a Ford Fiesta going up in flames, just metres from homes. Michael Kirk, 33, bought the car about six months ago.

On Bank Holiday Monday he had just dropped his girlfriend off and returned to his new rented home on the Balmoral Estate at around 4pm.
He sat down in the back garden for a cigarette, when he heard a neighbour yell that there was a fire. He rushed to the front to see the car was ablaze.
'There was smoke coming out of the windows,' he said. 'It happened so quickly.'
The Fire and Rescue Service were quickly called and it took them around 20 minutes to put out the blaze.
Mr Kirk said the firefighters managed to put out the fire before it reached the fuel tank.
