Work to begin soon on clearing vinery site for light industry
A change of use allowing Extension Vineries' to house light industry has been approved The Development & Planning Authority.

A successful amendment to the planning conditions will now allow pre-loaded or unloaded vehicle to enter and exit the site outside of operating hours.
Site owner Martyn Loveridge said he planned to begin clearance of the site into open yards as soon as possible.
Extension Vineries' is one of two privately-owned sites earmarked by Property Services to accommodate the businesses currently at Fontaine Vinery.
The plans were backed by the authority by four votes to one at today's open planning meeting.
