Mr D. Huquet – formation of level landings, remove steps, alter fenestration and block up opening and install flue at Building B, Les Huriaux Farm Complex, Les Huriaux Road.

Mr Q. Griffiths – demolish existing dwelling and erect replacement dwelling and landscape area (revised) at Vue de Reve, Icart Road.

Mr T. Hughes – alter fenestration (east elevation) and install rooflight on flat roof extension at Bearwood, Monument Gardens.

Mr R. Browning – erect conservatory to rear of dwelling at Le Pre, Delancey Lane.

Mr and Mrs S. Robert – extend and remodel existing garage and create first floor games room and hobby room and ground floor mower store (revised) at Kel-Rik, La Route du Braye.

Mr C. Chadwick – demolish existing and erect replacement garage to rear of property at Rivermeade, Salines Road.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Ms G. Le Roy – installation of defibrillator with external LED lighting and signage at St Saviour's Community Centre, Le Neuf Chemin Road.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs S. Brooks – variation to plans previously approved to erect extensions on north-east and west elevations, install two rooflights on east elevation, internal alterations, demolish existing pigsties and external hard surfacing – replace/repair windows and doors, block up door and clad exposed granite gable on north elevation, rebuild chimneys, install flue, replace gutters, install extract vents and refurbish existing masonry walls and internal alterations (protected building) at La Mouranderie, Rue du Hurel.

VALE

Mr and Mrs D. and M. Indge – demolish conservatory and erect a sunroom (rear elevation), remove dormer window and install sun tunnel (front elevation), remove existing drystone wall and bank and erect roadside boundary wall at Mill Hill House, 1, Clos de Ville Baudu, La Ville Baudu.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
