Pets At Home Group Plc – change of use of part of building from public amenity use class 25 to use as pet shop and grooming parlour (retail use class 14) and install replacement entrance doors at Waitrose, Elizabeth Avenue.

Charlwood Investments Ltd – demolish dwelling and garages and erect six dwellings with associated parking and amenity areas. Erect replacement garage and changes to walls and gates relating to Beaumont at Frimley and adjacent garages, Rouge Rue.

Mr J. Teehan – erect a porch (front elevation) at Araminta, Rue de l'Eglise.

Mr D. Walker – erect a two-and-a-half storey detached house, remove 3.5m section of front boundary wall to create vehicular access and reduce height of remaining front boundary wall to no more than 0.9m in height on land to front of St Damian's, Grandes Maisons Road.

Mr R. Northey – demolish rear extension and erect new extension at ground floor level, convert stable to separate dwelling and install four rooflights on south elevation and a first floor window in the west and south elevations (protected building), (revised) at The Old Farmhouse, Rue de la Mare.

Sure (Guernsey) Ltd – erect street cabinet and MSAN unit on grass verge at Braye Road Clos.

Committee of Health & Social Care – internal alterations – install replacement doors at Dunbar, La Route du Braye.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
