TONY VANCE is readying himself for careful management of his Guernsey FC midfield, with news that two more are carrying injuries.

Back spasms have sidelined Scott Bradford from today's FA Vase fourth-round trip to Rye United, while Kieran Mahon is included in the squad despite suffering from an ankle problem.

Mahon's condition is identical to that of Dave Rihoy's, with both men able to play on for the remainder of the season, before requiring summer surgery.

Having already lost Ryan-Zico Black, Angus Mackay, Rhys Jordan and Ben Coulter from the centre of the park, coach Vance, pictured, can ill afford any more injury woes.
