Norman excels and CI cadets repeat triumph
A TEAM of eight Channel Island cadets, six of them from Elizabeth College, have scored a resounding victory over teams from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland at the rifle-shooting championships at Bisley.

It is now perfectly apparent that young CI shots are the most feared in this annual competition which also allows a team of Royal Canadian Cadets to take part.
Although England took the lead by two points after 300 yards, highest possible scores from Guernsey's Matt Norman and Saxon Brewer-Marchant helped the CI team into the lead at 500 yards which they consolidated at 600 and took the trophy and gold medals by three points.
