The Green Lions lost out 3-1 at Chipstead on the opening day, but now have four home games in five coming up, starting with the visit of newly-promoted Whyteleafe.

With home form the key to a potential title challenge, goalkeeper Chris Tardif has urged everybody to make 'the Lane' a fortress from day one.

'We have a reputation as a friendly club and being very accommodating to visiting teams, which I wouldn't want to see change for a minute, before or after the match,' he said.

'But once we cross that white line, we need to do everything we can to make this a formidable home ground that UK teams really don't want to come to.

'Now that we are in our second season at the same level for the first time, we need to make use of every little advantage and tool we have to ensure that drudgery doesn't become an issue,' he added.

Tomorrow's match kicks off at 7.45pm.
