States 'has moral duty to pay compensation to the milk retailers'
THE States has a moral duty to pay compensation to milk retailers, a deputy and former Guernsey Dairy manager has said.

Andrew Le Lievre backs the Policy Council position, despite Commerce and Employment saying they should get nothing.
'It seems perfectly reasonable that the Policy Council should submit an amendment for further work, and there should be a little recognition for the distributors, on moral grounds if nothing else.'
