Caroline Eborall said she unknowingly took photographs and videos of the strange shapes in the sky while playing with her phone on board the Condor Liberation in the late afternoon of 29 April.
It was only when she returned home from her holiday that one of her sons spotted the 'UFOs' in the pictures and told her.
'He said, "Mum do you realise it looks like a UFO",' said the 56-year-old.
'I said, "What?"
'I hadn't even looked at the pictures. I was quite amazed. You would be though.'
