Displays are the order of the day at North Show
'A GREAT Guernsey tradition' returned yesterday as the North Show was officially opened to the public.

Showgoers braved the wet and windy morning weather to see the displays.
Among them was Lyn Tribe, 67, visiting from Sutton Coldfield, who was delighted with what was on show.
'There is a christening gown that I really like, and the fruit and vegetables are fantastic.
'I think it is good to keep the shows, it does reflect the tradition and culture of the island.'
