The annual fixed-price food festival gets under way on 1 October and will run until 11 November.
More than 180 restaurants have signed up this year and nearly 80 of those are in Guernsey.
Hamilton Brooke director Ged Kelly first came up with the idea of the event in 1997 and said he never expected still to be organising it 18 years later.
'We started with 34 restaurants in Guernsey and we never thought it would still be going,' he said.
'People just love it.'
The menus will also be available at www.tennerfest.com from Thursday.
